Please encourage your school to stop using "conflict resolution" and/or peer mediation for bullying situations. A true bullying situation has nothing to do with a conflict. Typically, it is not a fight over something.  It is about an exploitation of an imbalance of power. One will appreciate this point further after reading the first few resource links.
